**Job Summary**

The incumbent will be an integral member of the Corporate C&B team who will support in the management and analytics work of C&B programs within Venture group of entities globally.

**Responsibilities**:
As part of the team, the incumbent is to support end to end transactional and analytical aspects of full spectrum of C&B matters. The major duties as below but not limited to:

- Support end-to-end activities under annual key cycles not limited to salary review.
- Support of data submission and analysis of market survey data.
- Be a partner to local HR in C&B consultation and matters.
- Support preparation and develop data analytics for management decision-making and reporting.
- Research on key market trends and sharing of information among HR community.
- Ensure compliance to local legislations.
- Partner with the HR Operations group to develop technology/operational interfaces that support self-service or automation and facilitate ease of access to information.
- Support for Special projects.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Business or related disciplines
- 1-3 yrs’ relevant C&B experience from medium to large matrix organization, MNC or high-tech manufacturing industry, with experience in APAC. C&B experience in Europe and USA is a plus.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel; Power BI and design thinking is a plus
- Self-driven contributor, who is excited by new challenges and is positive, resourceful and creative
- Excellent communicator, who is able to put complex concepts into layman terms.
- Individual who is able to deal with the management of confidential data, tight project deadlines and stakeholders from various cultural backgrounds.
