**Gateway Search **is a leading regional recruitment services provider, with an established track record of placing professionals into niche markets across the region. Currently, the company aims to expand 2 specific verticals of their recruitment business, namely the **Information & Communications Technology (ICT) **and the **Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) **.
Gateway Search is hiring an experienced Recruitment Consultant/ Senior Consultant to join the team.
**Compensation Scheme: Monthly Basic + Quarterly Commission + Team Incentives
**Key responsibilities**
- Results-Oriented and Sales-Focused individual with strong drive to achieve beyond set Quarterly Targets
- Approach and understand clients' recruitment needs and performing full cycle of recruitment activities
- Identify new business opportunities and secure new clients by promoting the firm's recruitment services
- Responsible to attain individual goals and financial targets
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Holder of CEI (Basic)
- At least 3 years of agency recruitment experience, preferably specializing in ICT and/or BFSI recruitment
- Ability to demonstrate discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Adaptable with in working in a flexible, multi-skilled team environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and a great team player, positive and can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
