**What you will be working on**
- Role and Responsibilities:
1. Content Curation, Programme Design
- Curate and conduct nutrition workshops with nutrition focus for diseases across lifespan or target programs (hypertension, obesity, diabetes)
- Create new recipes and recipe analysis for nutrition workshops
- Curate and conduct new interactive nutrition workshops (e.g. parent-child, corporates)
- Curate and conduct Feedspo as part of Active Health Experience
- Upskilling of Active Health Coaches in the domain of nutrition

2. Operations
- Develop SOPs and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the nutrition studio, ensuring proper food safety and food management standards are in placed
- Manage inventory and ensuring optimal storage method are in place to preserve each item, prevent cross-contamination and extend the shelf life of supplies
- Develop SOPs to ensure proper handling of all kitchen tools and check on the quality and performance of kitchen equipment, devices and tools
- Assist in sourcing for ingredients and inspect them for quality
- Procurement of equipment, consumables, etc
- Manage partners and “pay-per-use” model

3. Partnerships/Engagements
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to conduct nutrition programs at Bukit Canberra Nutrition Studio
- Collaborate with stakeholders to increase publicity of Bukit Canberra Nutrition and Wellness Studio through talks, workshops and cooking demonstrations

- A degree in Sports Science or Health related areas
- Experience in research, data and nutrition will be of advantage
