**Assessor Management**
Accreditation of severe disability assessors
- Manage and accredit assessors to uphold high professional standards and conduct of assessors to serve the public for their assessment needs
- Implement education and training measures for assessors to regularly engage them on important policies and operational procedures to which assessors must comply.
- Work with the relevant government authorities to review the assessor accreditation framework on a regular basis.
Assessor audit and investigation
- Work with the relevant government authorities to conduct audits on assessors to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
- Conduct investigations into assessors arising from complaints on professional conduct and standards, as well as fraudulent non-compliance with assessment procedures.
- Conduct rectification programmes for assessors who are found to have committed administrative lapses uncovered during an audit.
**Engagement**
**Partner and Stakeholder Outreach
- Develop effective engagement strategies and plans to better connect partners and stakeholders to extend Grants Division’s mission to the wider care community.
- Identify, review and cultivate partners and stakeholders to ensure they remain relevant to help Grants Division achieve operational efficiency.
Partner and Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Develop effective relationship management strategies to influence and encourage partners and stakeholders to adopt AIC’s measures and practices.
- Attend to partner and stakeholder queries
***Stakeholder Communications**
Operations and Case Management
- Draft circulars and notices on new events, announcements or any issues related to long-term care schemes for internal and external dissemination to stakeholders, in consultation with policy and operations divisions.
- Draft communications materials for operational use to support frontliners by ensuring accurate and consistent information is disseminated to uphold public posturing of AIC.
- Design and develop forms, user guides and templates to meet policy and operational objectives in all transactions with Grants Division and AIC.
- Draft and/or provide input to public replies for sensitive and complex cases and complaints
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in arts and social sciences, mass communications, or marketing with a minimum of 5 years of relevant managerial experience.
Possess excellent writing, verbal communication, and customer service skills, with the passion and patience to serve the seniors
- Organised, resourceful, strong problem-solving ability, able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and as a team player with motivation to learn and progress as a team
