**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to analyze trends, assess competitor strategies, and understand customer preferences
- Develop compelling content for marketing assets including brochures, e-newsletters, and social media updates
- Organize and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and outreach activities
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Oversee regular updates and maintenance of the company’s website and social media channels
- Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to maintain consistent brand messaging

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in a marketing role is an advantage
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and social media strategies
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple projects independently while being a great team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software
- Background in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic operations is a significant plus
