**Job Description & Requirements**:
We're looking for a fun, motivated, and driven team player to join our Marketing & Operations team on a full-time basis.

We offer attractive salary packages, benefits and career growth potential. The current position offered will be **Marketing Executive** or such other post as determined by the Employer, its holding company or its associate or subsidiary companies (together called the "Group").

**Responsibilities include**:
**Marketing**
- Supporting the development and execution of the brand's communications and activities in all channels
- Writing product copy and captions in accordance with the brand voice
- Assisting in the planning, tracking and management of content calendars and creative assets
- Coordinating and tracking performance of brand's communications and initiatives, to compile into a weekly round-up
- Managing influencer partnerships, press, and customer relations
- Monitoring industry trends, and assisting in the execution of new initiatives to increase customer acquisition and engagement
- Develop strategies to improve web and store processes, to elevate overall brand experience
- Assisting in photoshoots and providing logistics and operational support as required

**Graphic Design**
- Developing visual assets and executing creative design projects such as branding and events collaterals, website banners, newsletters, etc. to amplify our brand message
- Communicating with and coordinating across external production resources to ensure optimal delivery of proposed designs
- Supporting in visual documentation of events and partnerships
- Systematic archiving of all graphic-related documents

**Skills & Requirements**
- Diploma or degree in Arts, Communications, Business Marketing, or any other related fields
- Min. I year working experience in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Development
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Love for words (especially a good pun) and appreciation of film
- Keen sense of graphic design with well-developed aesthetic judgement
- Collaborative personality with initiative and creativity
- Love for Our Second Nature an added bonus

**Salary**: From $2,800.00 per month
