Our Asia Pacific Team creates systems for our most active business groups. We are looking for an AI & ML specialist who can pioneer, develop and implement the AI insights to drive sales effectiveness and improve sales behavior in APAC, responsible for the pivotal role in driving innovation and ensuring that we are at the forefronts of AI technology advancements.

**In this role, you will**

As APAC AI & Machine Learning Specialist, this role will pioneer, develop and implement the AI insights to drive sales effectiveness and improve sales behavior in APAC, responsible for the pivotal role in driving innovation and ensuring that we are at the forefronts of AI technology advancements. Responsibilities of this role as follows:

- ** AI insights design and development**: Design, develop and implement AI insights, voice recognition models that drives sales effectiveness to address complex business challenges and opportunities.
- **Understand Business needs**:Understand the business requirements to design and develop AI
- ** Train and create machine learning tools**: Enhance effectiveness and engagement by providing pro-active guidance to field teams. Train, fine-tune and evaluate machine learning models, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy of the model.
- ** Manage whole machine learning process**:from preparing the data to checking the final model, owning data collection and quality
- ** Decide how to test the model’s success**: Share the findings with the teams, seek feedback and iterate to deliver better outcomes for the business.
- ** Optimization of valuable insights**: Extract valuable insights to optimize sales behavior
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, especially local sales and sales effectiveness teams and IT AI teams to build and integrate AI insights into existing sales processes and driving best practice behaviors, via insight+
- ** Research and Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with latest AI and technology advancements in the industry to replicate success and drive continuous improvements
- ** Documentation and Reporting**: Document AI insights, models, processes and outcomes, with concise progress, recommendations and results.

**In this role, you’ll need **
- Bachelor or degrees above in computer science, statistics, math, data science, or ML/AI as major
- Understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data structures and modeling
- Deep understanding of text representation techniques (such as n-grams, bag of words, sentiment analysis etc), statistics and classification algorithms
- Experience with content sense-making, entity extraction, classification, summarization, plus predictive-modeling
- Solid data science skills. Proficiency in statistical analytical tools, such as SQL, R and Python.
- 5-8 years experience with machine learning frameworks (such as Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (such as scikit-learn)
- 5-8 years experience with large-scale data collection and real-world large scale datasets
- Ability to think critically, objectively, rationally
- Reason and communicate in result-oriented, data-driven manner to the business stakeholders
- High level of business acumen, particularly in the Sales function, and the ability to translate that into actionable reporting.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
- Execute with high degree of autonomy, and create/nurture ideas
