Aon’s Centers for Innovation and Analytics in Dublin and Singapore are at the heart of delivering Aon’s Data & Analytic Services team’s mission to:
Accelerate the rate of innovation through digital solutions to help better respond to clients’ evolving needs

Provide foundational data and analytics capabilities in one place for 50,000 Aon colleagues and our global clients who use our risk and people solutions

Established in 2012, there are over 150 colleagues in Singapore’s Centre today including actuaries, software developers, data scientists, financial analysts and accountants. We are expanding rapidly and looking for dedicated individuals who can leverage emerging technologies and collaborate across Aon’s solution lines to help clients and colleagues make better, data-driven decisions today and tomorrow.

**What the day will look like**
- Working as an AI Solution Architect for ACIA, you will assume responsibility for the architecture of solutions that leverage advanced analytics, data pipelines, web portals, statistical models, Machine Learning and AI, through Aon’s Data and Analytics Services Platform (DASP).
- You will typically work in project teams with Application Developers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Owners and Program Managers in the delivery of these solutions, mainly for colleagues and clients of Aon’s Risk Capital division.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience building and maintaining Compound AI systems
- Experience building industry-grade LLM technologies and Gen AI architecture
- Cloud technology, ideally AWS including PaaS services such as S3, Lambda, Step Functions, ECS, Docker, SNS, SQS, Kinesis, SageMaker etc.
- Experience in any modern data stack technologies a significant plus: Databricks, Airflow, Snowflake, StreamSets etc.
