**Key Responsibilities**:

- Confirm patient appointments with clinics, ensuring scheduling accuracy and coordination.
- Liaise with clinic staff to enhance the patient experience and streamline services.
- Manage appointment bookings and assist with patient registration processes.
- Issue tax invoices for patients and clinics as required.
- Organize and file documents, as well as handle faxing to support departmental activities.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 7 am-4 pm / 10 am-7 pm) and alternate Saturdays.
- Minimum qualification of an "O" Level Certificate or Diploma in any field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Reliable team player with a positive learning attitude, quick adaptability, and responsibility.
- Detail-oriented, fast learner, and committed to providing quality service
- Customer service experience is highly beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
