**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Providing full administrative support and secretarial assistance to Senior Management.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of all documents.
- Organizing meetings, workshops, conferences, seminars, events including scheduling, taking meeting minutes, equipment set-up, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes as and when needed.
- To follow-up with all actions required after meeting and ensure all required actions are carried out and no deadline are missed.
- Managing calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Coordinate and liaise with other Personal Assistants on onsite meetings, luncheons, in-house events, etc.
- Making phone calls in a polite and professional manner on behalf of Senior Management to stakeholders to follow up on tasks when required.
- Welcoming visitors and managing them for meetings and events.
- Work and create draft simple spreadsheets & powerpoint slides.
- Assist in compiling data on suppliers/brochures/conference summary documents and etc.
- Manage and coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, etc.
- Spend time and become familiar with all aspects of the business to follow up better with stakeholders etc.
- Conduct ad-hoc research as guided by Senior Management on the business.
- File organization including light cleaning and organizing.
- Perform a variety of office and personal errands including coordinate and manage vendors/contractors at office and/or residence.
- To travel overseaswith Senior Management when required.
- Cover other team members when one is on leave / away from the office.
- Any other ad-hoc duties
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum "A" level/ Diploma/ degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 5 years of PA experience working with C-level executives in order to understand the job requirements.
- Possess good initiatives and corporate exposure.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Extremely detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks that have to be completed, sometimes with little direction.
- Excellent people skills.
- Creative problem-solving and able to handle pressure and fast turnarounds including resolving complex administrative problems independently and following through on a variety of tasks that are diverse and advance.
- Must be flexible and willing to work extra time during busy times and on call during weekends and after business hours if needed.
- Must demonstrate a can-do attitude.
- Ability to read and interpret various documents.
- Ability to speak effectively with stakeholders to follow up tasks on behalf.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrate highest level of ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times with all situations and documentation.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and extensive use of Microsoft Office and Mac OS.
- Able to travel when required.
- Experience working as a flight stewardess will be advantageous.
**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per month
