**About Us**: Enlighten Education is a tuition center in Singapore dedicated to providing high-quality education to international school students. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English/Math/Science teacher to join our team and contribute to the success of our students.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Bilingual English and Chinese Teacher to teach and inspire our students. The majority of our students are from China, and they attend international schools in Singapore. As a Bilingual English and Chinese Teacher at Enlighten Education, you will play a crucial role in helping our students achieve their academic goals while fostering their language proficiency in both English and Chinese.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of international school students.
- Develop and implement customized teaching strategies to enhance students' language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and cultural awareness.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing timely feedback and support to help them achieve their learning objectives.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and parents to ensure students' success and address any academic concerns.
- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.

**Requirements**:

- Teaching certification and relevant teaching experience, preferably with international school students is a plus.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., IB, IGCSE) is a plus.
