DESIGNATION : Research Assistant (1-year contract), YPHSL

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data collection (including recruitment of assistants, administrative tasks and conductinginterviews)
- Conducting research for literature review
- Quantitative analyses

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related field (such as Psychology, Sociology etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in social sciences research methods and statistical analysis (using SPSS or similar software)
- Prior training in dispute resolution (including mediation, conflict management or negotiation) will be an advantage
