**Key Responsibilities**

1. Execute all contractual obligations for crude and oil products timely, anticipate potential shipment problems and initiate actions to resolve, avoid or mitigate exposures, and aim to achieve operations performance timeliness, accuracy, efficiency and integrity.

2. Liaise closely and effectively with internal and external suppliers, buyers, ship brokers, vessel operator, surveyors, agent, insurance broker, and banks to facilitate various processes throughout execution chain.

3. Work expeditiously to cash sales documents timely and avoid demurrage, manage exposures, reduce financing and bank charges.

4. Handle shipping documents including demurrage claim independently, ensure all AP/AR are processed timely.

5. Familiar with international trade process, able to review and modify Letter of Credit, as well as make, review and submit documents under L/C.

6. Prepare business ledger and update business data.

7. Others trade support duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**

1. Relevant degree or diploma. Good experience in commodity trading firms will be considered in lieu.

2. Minimum 2 years working experience in energy trading operations.

3. Experience in LC documentations.

4. Hardworking, ability to work under pressure, high level of trust, integrity and team work.

5. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills is an added advantage.

6. Good numerical, analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

8. Proficient in both English and Mandarin including report writing.
