Our client, a private natural resource extraction & trading company with annual revenue of S$80 million is seeking for a Trade Operations (Ops) Executive as part of their expansion hire.

As part of a 5-man team, the Trade Ops Executive will oversee the end-to-end execution of international trade transactions and manage all required trade documentation including Letters of Credits (LC).

Reporting to the Trading Manager, the incumbent will coordinate the logistics and shipping of good. Identify and assess risk associated with trade operations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business, Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in trade operations, trade finance or related field
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
- Certificates in International Trade or Logistics is a plus
- Meticulous in handling trade documentation and ensuring compliance
