DepartmentOperations- LevelInternship- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Conduct quality checks for return-and-refund parcels
- Resolve seller/buyer disputes
- Take charge of reverse logistics methods for returned parcels based on parcel types
- Ensure operational excellence through effective communication with external teams
- Ensure accurate mediation when monetary implications are involved
- Participate in continuous improvement activities such as root cause analysis, time-motion studies, lead time reduction, lean management etc.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Operations is preferred but not mandatory
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (located at the west)
- Analytical skills to understand business implications
- Detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and provide value to the company
- Independent worker and fast-learner with a high level of initiative
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Powerpoint
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
- Students who can commit part-time, mínimally 4 working days a week, are also welcome to apply
