Senior Technician Inspection
**Job Description Summary**

This role is reponsible for assisting with the operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings.

**About the Role**
- Preparations for Work Tasks - Conducts physical inspection of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ladders and other climbing / descending equipment to ensure they are valid and fit for use.
- On Site Responsibilities - Together with the Ceiling Inspection Team, establish barricaded exclusion zone of work site before start of work.
- Highlights Safety Hazards before start of work and during course of work.
- Physically Access concealed ceilings using ladder, mobile-scaffold and/or MEWP to perform visual inspection.
- Ensure work activities do not disrupt venue operation or public activities.
- Post Work Task Responsibilities - Responsible to reinstate work site after completion of tasks.
- Training and Development Responsibilities - Attends periodical Refresher Training conducted.

**About You**
- Possess a valid Work-at-Height for Workers or Construction Safety Orientation Course certificate.
- Strong inspection experience.
- Experience with scaffolding operations is beneficial.
- Strong proficiency with written English is beneficial.
