We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Technician to join our client’s team in Singapore. As a Solar Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and performance optimization of solar PV systems. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient operation and longevity of our solar projects

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, inspect, and maintain solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, and mounting structures.
- Troubleshoot and repair solar PV system components, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assist with the commissioning and testing of solar PV systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance and repair needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of solar PV systems to meet energy production targets.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and other team members to ensure project success.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in solar technology is a plus.
- Previous experience in the installation and maintenance of solar PV systems.
- Knowledge of electrical and solar system components and their operation.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and environmental considerations in the solar PV industry.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
