Job Responsibilities
- Be the AGENT to make change happen and make GREEN common
- To communicate regularly with the Executive Chef to achieve an excellent rapport throughout the food production department
- Assists in maintaining established quality assurance procedures to ensure acceptable health department and customer service standards
- Constantly inspect taste, temperature and visual appeal, make sure that all dishes are uniform and that established portion sizes are adhered to
- Check Inventories to see proper storage and rotation of stock

Job Requirements
- Passionate in promoting green lifestyle (knowledge in vegetarian / vegan products is a plus)
- Any certificate in culinary
- Minimum 3 year experiences in culinary, relevant experience in F&B, retail, FMCG industry is definitely an advantage
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
