A leading investment company located in the West (near MRT) is searching for a talented **Risk Management Assistant Manager **to join their team. This is your chance to directly impact strategic decisions, working at the forefront of financial, market, and investment risk management.

As a **Risk Management Assistant Manager **, you will:

- **Drive Innovation**:Collaborate with asset management, treasury, and finance teams to craft advanced risk management frameworks tailored for real estate investments.
- **Analyze & Strategize**:Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, leveraging models like VaR and stress-testing to support key decisions.
- **Guide Acquisitions**:Deliver independent evaluations of potential acquisitions and divestments, ensuring strategic alignment.
- **Influence Leadership**:Prepare in-depth risk reports and present insights to the Board and Risk Committees.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in **Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics **, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 5 years in analytical or investment-focused roles, preferably in **quantitative risk management **(credit, market, or liquidity).
- Relevant experience in **real estate research, investment **, **project financing **, equity research, corporate finance, or property valuation is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in **advanced Excel modeling **, with VBA/Python knowledge as a plus.
- Familiarity with financial models like CAPM and VaR.
- FRM, PRM, or CFA will set you apart.
- Analytical thinker with a passion for **real estate markets **and investment strategies.
- Strong communicator with a meticulous eye for detail.
