**What You Will Do**
- Review existing end-to-end business process flows, down to keystroke and click details to document requirements
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to identify the process optimization opportunity, understand end-to-end process, and assess feasibility of the process, recommend appropriate process, systems or solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to drive the process change/optimization or process automation
- Develop training documents and provide training to business process owner on new or changed processes.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Process Engineering or related degree
- Experience in business process engineering or process automation and implementation of the process
- Ability to understand business processes of workflow diagram and best practices
- Digital native with experience in digital transformation
- Sound / strong stakeholder management
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skill in English and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduate with knowledge in business process and keen to pick up are welcome to apply.
