We are seeking a proactive and highly organized **Liaison Officer** to act as a bridge between our organization and external stakeholders. The Liaison Officer will be responsible for fostering effective communication, coordinating joint efforts, and ensuring alignment of goals between parties. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to handle complex and dynamic relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and external stakeholders (e.g., government agencies, partners, clients, or community organizations).
- Facilitate clear, consistent, and timely communication between internal departments and external entities.
- Coordinate meetings, visits, and official engagements, and prepare relevant briefing materials.
- Monitor and report on ongoing partnerships and collaborative projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify and address potential communication gaps or misunderstandings.
- Assist in conflict resolution and problem-solving between parties when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements in all liaison activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of communications, meetings, and agreements.
- Provide updates and feedback to management on external developments or partner activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum local Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a liaison, coordination, or stakeholder engagement role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to work in diverse environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant communication tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
