We are looking to grow our team and business and are looking for a full time Fulfilment Coordinator (Packer) to support our team. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and take pride in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- To process, pack, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and packaged in compliance with company and health safety regulations.
- Verify order details and shipping information, before dispatch.
- Process all digital sales orders in the warehouse, entering invoices and purchase orders to system
- Prepare delivery drivers documents
- Work closely with logistics partners to ensure orders are shipped out promptly and arrive on time.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to restock and replenish supplies as needed.
- Respond promptly, politely and efficiently to customer inquiries and messages to resolve any order-related inquiries or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
- To ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely packing and despatch of goods
- To assist in the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organise special requirements for certain stock, such as chilled/frozen goods or ambient products
- Proficient in seller platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, adept at managing platform sales
- Able to perform adhoc duties given to support e-commerce team
- To report immediately to your immediate superior any problem encountered in the day-to-day operations
- To assist in other warehousing and/or logistic activities when necessary
- All other duties, as assigned

Preferred skills and experience
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in packing, logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse operations, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling consumer products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive orders.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and collaborate effectively within a team
