My client is a well established real estate developer with assets and developments regionally.
To strengthen their real estate business, my client's goal is to hire a **Sustainability and Building Solutions Lead **with an **e**ntrepeunerial spirit** to be part of their new commercial unit.

As a Key function of the business, you will develop a suite of solutions and roadmap for sustinability and building solutions.

An astute communicator with strong technical skills, you will effectively communicate and cast your vision to obtain the buy-in of both internal and external stake holders locally and regionally.

Working closely with key functions such as Business Development/Investment, Asset Management teams, you will partner them to create solutioning strategies for the business.
As you oversee the development of the Sustainability and Building Solutions team, you will ensure to provide relevant solutions to customers.

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years in Real Estate (Commercial) Industry
- Preferably with degree of building technical expertise
- Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Ability to think strategically and comfortable with financial figures
- Ability to think strategically and comfortable with financial figures
- Team player and self starter, who is able to prioritise effectively.
