Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

- Providing end to end operational support to the Trade lifecycle, this includes ensuring accurate trade booking, and making sure all the trades are accurately booked in a timely manner and delivered to the client appropriately where applicable.
- Resolve any queries in relation to non-delivery of electronic confirmations by liaising with relevant parties to ensure delivery by amending the trade after any changes are made.
- Ensure that any incoming confirmations from a 3rd party broker match the details that have been booked in the system.
- Work closely with the relevant front office/ middle/ back-office teams to ensure smooth trade operations.

To be eligible for this role you shall have:

- At least 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in financial services industries.
- Experience in Trade operations/ Trade management with knowledge in cross products including FX and Rates
- Shall be a confident and effective team player with the ability to liaise with different units in a timely matter and to anticipate any future challenges and support the smooth operation of the product lifecycle.
- Experience in the MS Office suite (macros/VBA and Python is highly desirable)
