We are working with a leading trading organisation to assist with their search for a middle office executive to join their trading team to support middle office responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily trading P&L generation and reporting to traders and management.
- Daily exposure reconciliation with traders
- Daily reconciliation of futures and cleared swap contracts
- Ensure curves are reasonably marked
- Review marked to market methodologies regularly
- Monitor VAR consumption against VAR limits
- Invoice verification generated by operators
- Responsible for reviewing, investigation and resolution of month end breaks between in-house system trading results and accounting
- Innovate, identify and deliver on improvements in processes and systems
- Deliver on other value adding tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

**Requirements**:

- Relevant academic background in a role of a similar capacity
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a commodities trading environment
- Fluent in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
- Relevant and strong Excel experience
