Key Responsibilities

**Group and SEC Reporting**:

- Lead the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with SEC requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting for the group, integrating insights from various subsidiaries and departments.
- Maintain compliance with NASDAQ and US GAAP reporting standards, staying updated on regulatory changes impacting financial reporting.

**Management Reporting**:

- Develop and maintain advanced management reporting frameworks that support informed decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate KPIs into management reports, providing clear, actionable financial insights.
- Present financial reports to executive leadership, including variance analysis and strategic recommendations.

**Group Consolidation and Financial Analysis**:

- Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for the entire group, managing intercompany transactions and eliminations to ensure accuracy.
- Lead continuous improvements in the consolidation process, implementing best practices aligned with NASDAQ-listed standards.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and providing variance analysis against budget and forecast.

**Audit and Regulatory Compliance**:

- Act as the primary liaison with external auditors during quarterly and annual audits, ensuring compliance with NASDAQ, SEC, and SOX (if applicable) requirements.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of US GAAP and SEC regulations, proactively adapting reporting processes to ensure compliance.
- Drive a culture of compliance and financial discipline within the finance team.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation, with at least 3 years at a publicly listed company (NASDAQ experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements, US GAAP, and other regulatory frameworks governing listed companies.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and financial reporting software.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex financial information to executive and non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel proficiency; experience with SEC reporting tools is a plus.
