**Responsibilities**:

- Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines and sub-contractors.
- Collaborate and communicate with multiple disciplines and sub-contractors to deliver and/or manage BIM/CAD data
- Collect, integrate, and audit BIM/CAD data and process as defined in the BIM/CAD requirements, design codes and authority regulation.
- Audit model and BIM data to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- **Conversant in using one of the BIM coordination software such as Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office, VRCollab, Navigator, etc. for clash detection analysis.**:

- Trouble-shoot & resolve BIM issues pertaining to BIM projects.
- Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines and sub-contractors.
- Participate as an auditor personnel for our clients in project BIM meetings and lead the meeting as well.
- Collaborate and communicate with multiple disciplines and sub-contractors to deliver and/or manage BIM/CAD data.
- Audit and report project metrics related to the BIM model and data as defined by the client’s team.
- Generate progress & status reports for BIM projects.
- Highlight clashes/discrepancies in the meeting.

**Requirements**:

- **Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building**
**Services, Architectural or Structural Engineering with at least 6 years of working experience in construction, design, BIM**
**modelling, BIM implementation management and / or**
**coordination (services).**:

- **Preferably with at least 5 years of BIM experience as a BIM**
**Coordinator role in project related BIM management and**
**modelling or services coordination in a design engineering or**
**construction firm for a large project and has completed one full project cycle at design phase or construction phase.**:

- Clear understanding of all the services.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues
- Team player with good communication skills
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and Autocad
- Familiar with Building & Construction regulation of Singapore
- Must be expert and specialist in Revit and AutoCAD.
- **Formally trained in BCA Academy’s Specialist Diploma in**
**Building Information Modelling (BIM) or BCA Academy’s BIM**
**Management certification with any BIM authoring software**
**certification certified by software vendor’s authorized training provider. A certified Digital Delivery Specialist would be an advantage.**:

- Fluency with Bluebeam or other markup and design review tools will be advantaged.
- Strong interpersonal skill and ability to develop positive relations with different stakeholders.
- Self-driven and good time management
- Knowledge of BIM is a **MUST
