About GLOBALFOUNDRIES

Essential Responsibilities include:

- To provide engineering support for qualification of new technologies, IV centering, yield improvement and work closely with Modules/Product Engineering to improve product quality and reliability
- Be responsible in qualification of new process technology for production
- Be responsible in ensuring that all technologies achieve target IV well within the loop closure model box
- Work on IV CPK distribution improvement and ensure sufficient IV margin to prevent scraps. Work closely with Process Modules and Product Engineers
- Be responsible for technology process robustness and margin improvement. Perform process flow FMEA and design of experiment around the highlighted areas
- Be responsible for identifying line/IV excursion and root cause analysis with final corrective and preventive action implemented
- Work closely with Product Engineering /Yield Defect Density team for yield improvement and D0 reduction

Other Responsibilities:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

- Masters/Degree in Engineering or Sciences (Electrical/Electronics/Comp. Science/Material/Physics)

Required Experience:

- More than 2 years’ process integration experience. Experience in IC process, product/yield engineering or design will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates can also be considered as training will be provided

Other Essential Attributes:

- Working knowledge of PROMIS system and Yield Analysis tools is a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Good leadership quality and ability to work with people is an added advantage
