**Responsibilities**:

- The Asset Integrity Engineer (Project) primary role is, working within the project engineering team, ensuring optimized integrity of the asset in accordance with the company asset lifecycle management strategy;
- The Asset Integrity Engineer (Project) shall ensure that the integrity requirements for the asset are implemented in accordance with relevant standards and regulatory compliance;
- The Asset Integrity Engineer (Project) shall be responsible for the development, implementation and optimization of an integrity management plan in preparation for operations of the asset;
- The Asset Integrity Engineer (Project) is responsible for performing relevant condition assessments related to the assets pressure equipment, structural integrity and hull integrity in accordance with the relevant standards and requirements;
**Duties**:

- The Asset Integrity Engineer (Project) shall be responsible for the development and maintenance of all procedures related to asset integrity as indicated below (but not limited to):

- Risk Based Inspection for Static Pressure Equipment
- Inspection and In-service Requirement of Pressure Equipment
- Pressure Systems Repair Guidelines
- Fabric Maintenance
- Structural Integrity
- Contribute to the development of asset integrity design and specifications along with relevant commissioning plans;
- Development of all integrity related baseline surveys as required;
- Recommend solutions for monitoring programs of the piping internal corrosion;
- Contribute to the development of criteria for evaluation of equipment, technical suppliers and technical maintenance service providers;
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement of asset integrity;
- Coach and train relevant personnel in the integrity work processes to ensure continued alignment and development of Asset Integrity and Asset Lifecycle Management culture;
- Assist in the promotion of an Asset Lifecycle Management culture in the Company
- Monitor identified and emerging risks and advise on their prevention, mitigation and management;
- Attending meetings as required and actively participating in the group’s work;
- To be committed to, and actively involved in, pursuing the company Asset Lifecycle Management program’s outcome
- Visit the company assets at regular intervals as and when required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Structural/ Mechanical/ Marine or Offshore Engineering, or a combination of education and relevant industry experience;
- Experience from larger project-based companies within the offshore industry, including operational and project management experience is preferable;
- Knowledge of structural steel design, static behavior of topside and ship/ FPSO structures & associated principal failure modes;
- Working knowledge of API RP 580, API 510 and API 579
- Interests in Asset Integrity technologies and development;
- Knowledge of structural digital twin, integrity monitoring, non-destructive test (NDT) and RBI;
- Knowledge of DNV-RP-G101, DNVGL-RU-OU-0102;
- Understand fatigue damage development and corrosion under insulation

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $2,458.67 - $6,586.56 per month
