As a Fenergo Delivery Manager at Unison Consulting Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of Fenergo's regulatory onboarding and client lifecycle management solutions. Your role will involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful delivery of Fenergo solutions while meeting quality standards.

Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges, translating them into tailored solutions using the Fenergo platform. Lead cross-functional teams in executing projects, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and ensure alignment on project goals, scope, and deliverables. Collaborate with technical teams to oversee the integration and deployment of Fenergo solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and handoffs.

Manage project administration activities including budgeting, timeline tracking, risk assessment, and mitigation planning, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Utilize Agile methodologies and best practices to drive project efficiency and foster a collaborative team environment.

Monitor project progress and performance, providing status updates and reporting to stakeholders, and maintain effective communication across all levels.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in project management, specifically in implementing and delivering Fenergo solutions, is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of the financial services industry, regulatory requirements, and onboarding processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Demonstrated experience leading and motivating project teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) would be an advantage.
