- Lead the team of Visitor Management Staff and ensure smooth operations at the Information Counter and the Sustainable Singapore Gallery
- Manage the Marina Barrage Visitor Experiences, Programmes & Activities
- Manage the gallery tours
- Conduct monthly supervisions on all facilities within Marina Barrage
- Coordinate & Plan events-related works

**Requirements**:

- Minimum three years working experience in supervisory role in Event Management/Hospitality/ Customer Service/ Visitor Experiences
- Degree Qualification in any discipline
