**Corporate Banking IT Department**

The Corporate Banking IT (CBI) team oversees the supporting operations across various Banking functions within Credit Agricole CIB, namely Structured Finance, International Trade & Transaction Banking, Debt Optimisation & Distribution and Client Coverage & International Network.

**Summary of the position**:
The position requires strong technical knowledge to ensure that the delivered solution answers the business’ needs - enhancements, maintenance tasks and bug fixes intended for the cash management system serving Corporate Clients.

The Technical leader position is for a Big strategic program of Credit Agricole Agricole CIB: Front to Back Office Corporate Loan management.

The Technical Leader is a key position for this program.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Propose and Integrate Opensource solution to improve development productivity
- Lead few Technical Leaders to define and improve the software factory and eventually implement in house tooling for developers.
- Lead workshops to prepare detailed estimates
- Lead grooming sessions to prepare technical design
- Develop solutions following defined standards and high quality
- Ensure Code quality, delivery and maintenance
- Perform Technical Lead activities
- Perform Unitary test and Code/Peer Reviews
- Support Production - L3. Define the Principe to improve the production quality (Monitoring As code, Observability, Performance,)
- Handle Technical test activities (including Integration and UAT) and automation

**Main duties details**:
**Technical Analysis, Development and Testing**
- Define the technical design solution (Architecture principle, Technologies, Frameworks, Open sources)
- Define the CI/CD and Testing automation principle
- Implement the in-house tooling to support the development velocity and productivity
- Monitor the development quality and build the CI/CD automation chain solution
- Convert Functional Specifications to Technical Specifications
- Convert User Stories to Technical Stories
- Assist Functional team members in all development related activities
- Perform non-functional testing
- Conduct integration testing before handing over product for UAT
- Provide technical support during UAT
- Assist Senior Developers

**Maintenance and support**
- Release Deployment management

**Technical Documentation**
- Prepare and maintain technical documents (PAD, GAD, Code Checklist and other standard documents)

**Co-ordination and communication**
- Coordinate with other developers and business analysts as needed to deliver solutions on time and with good quality
- Coordinate with Information Security, Infrastructure and IT Ops teams
- Organize meetings on any technical topics under control as needed
- Provide consultancy to managers, developers and other team members

**Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities**
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
- Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

**Secondary duties**:

- Ensure a technical watch and organize knowledge sharing within the team and junior developers
- Any other duties assigned

**Qualifications and profile requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of working experience with at least 3 Years of Banking experience.
- Strong Functional and Technical knowledge on Corporate Banking solution especially on Corporate accounting, Financing reporting.
- Strong skillset of project management practices (Agile). PMP, Prince2 certification is a plus.
- Strong experience of Agile (Scrum, Lean Start-Up, Safe,) principles
- Strong experience of Human resource management (Skill development, Career management)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong team player.
- Strong experience on software engineering, CI/CD and testing factory tool (Cucumber, Selenium,),
- Good knowledge on Domain Driven Design and Domain Driven Data Architecture in a large Business program,
- Good knowledge Java and Business Object skills with a standard market framework of development (Spring, Rest, Spring Boot),
- Good knowledge on UI development (React, Angular, Vue.js,).
