**Position: Music Director cum General Manager
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Musical Direction: _
- Curate and manage the club’s music programming, including live performances, DJ sets, and themed nights.
- Collaborate with artists, DJs, and performers to ensure high-quality entertainment that aligns with the club's brand and audience preferences.
- Stay updated with music trends and incorporate new styles and genres to keep the club's offerings fresh and exciting.
- Oversee sound and lighting equipment to ensure optimal performance and guest experience.
- Plan and execute special musical events, festivals, and promotions to attract and retain patrons.
- General Management: _
- Oversee daily operations of the club, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, manage costs, and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of bar staff, security personnel, and support staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain inventory, manage supplies, and negotiate with vendors to ensure the club’s operational needs are met.
- Develop marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic.
- Business Development: _
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the club’s market presence and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders in the nightlife and entertainment industry.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the club’s brand and reach new audiences.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and decisions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Musical Director and General Manager in the nightlife, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
- Extensive background in the DJ profession and music industry promoting diverse music cultures and vinyl records.
- Strong understanding of music production, event planning, and sound engineering.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for music and entertainment.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for music production and club management.
- Proven track record in business development, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to drive growth and enhance market presence.
