Network Support Engineer

Singapore Total IT Global Full time

**Network Hands & Feet**:

- LAN switch replacement
- Basic configuration of network
- Wireless Access Point (AP) replacement/mounting
- Router replacement/basic configuration
- Network interconnection for LAN Switch, and Router
- Network firewall replacement
- Cabling Services (If necessary at site)
- Assemble, install and maintain cabling
- Structured cabling
- Verify cable integrity
- Extend patch cables from patch panel to equipment
- Check if devices has network connectivity (by connecting laptop and checking if IP address & SSID is coming through)
- Click photos of the installation and submit to Client team
- Share installed device details such as serial number, MAC address, etc.,

**Network Remote Office**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
- CCNA or CCNP certification would be advantageous
- Able to configure and install various network devices and services (switches, access points, routers etc)
- Able to perform network maintenance and system upgrades
- Liase with Vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Ability to work as part of team, provide IT support and resolve errors
- Cabling (if required)

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Network engineering: 2 years (required)
