Senior Global Data Security Compliance Director

**职位描述***
1. Identify and manage the data and privacy compliance risks of the entire process of overseas business development and products, and improve the professionalization and standardization of risk management. 2. Provide data privacy legal advice and support required to global businesses. 3. Advise on compliance across all aspects of global privacy laws and regulations, including data protection, data security and data breach rules. 4. Continue to track and interpret cyber security and other technical compliance-related regulatory policies and standards, discover possible risks in a timely manner, and put forward suggestions for implementation. 5. Develop and implement program to facilitate compliance with international data privacy and personal information collection rules, regulations and standards. 6. Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and commercial documentations. 7. Analyse global privacy legal requirements and oversee keep our stakeholders abreast of all new privacy laws and regulations that may have implications to the company. 8. Be responsible for IT risk management and compliance system construction and promotion of continuous improvement, including mechanism establishment, risk assessment, regulatory compliance management, training and publicity, etc.
***职位要求**
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in law, IT or security; Fluent English reading and writing and oral communication skills; 2. With work experience related to international privacy/data protection/compliance certification; 3. Familiar with Internet-related laws and regulations such as network security, personal data/privacy protection, etc., able to identify problems and design solutions that fit business scenarios; 4. Have strong learning ability and good communication skills; 5. Able to work independently but work well in a team environment; 6. Experience in dealing with privacy issues relating to international businesses. Experience in the design and implementation of a global privacy compliance program is a plus.
