**Roles & Responsibilities**
Job Overview: your role is pivotal in supporting the consulting team by handling administrative tasks, document preparation, and ensuring smooth project execution. You’ll collaborate closely with senior consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Document Preparation: Create, format, and proofread documents such as reports, proposals, presentations, and project deliverables. And ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. And maintain project files, track progress, and update relevant documentation.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients to schedule meetings, gather information, and provide updates. And handle inquiries and maintain professional communication.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and project-related information. And extract relevant data for analysis and reporting.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking. And summarize findings and contribute to strategic recommendations.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and client events. And manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.
**Key Requirements**:
- A diploma in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, and outstanding English writing skills.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in document preparation and data management. And ability to spot inconsistencies and errors.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Organizational Abilities: Effective time management and multitasking skills.
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and flexibility to handle diverse tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with document collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, SharePoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Willingness to travel time to time.
