Management Trainees will embark on a 24-month training programme in preparation for assuming a leadership role within The Hotel. Throughout the 24-month rotation between the different outlets within the hotel, such as F&B service, Reservations & Front Office.

**Job Description in Front Office**
- To assist guests with check-ins & check-outs.
- To process payments & documentations.
- To provide necessary assistance to ensure guests' satisfaction.
- To answer all calls & to assist accordingly.

**Job Description in F&B service**
- To assist the Supervisors with various administrative work.
- Assist in seating guests.
- Assist the F&B Team Leaders in taking orders.
- Serve food and beverages according to the guest orders efficiently.
- Serve ice water.
- Clear soiled dishes from the tables.
- Clear soiled dishes to the stewarding area.
- Clean and set tables.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and the bar. Ensures that the restaurant and bar are inviting.
- Acknowledge guests who are waiting.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality industry.
- Knowledge in Opera PMS is preferred.
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Be a team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.
- 5 days work week with rotating shifts.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
