**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development and Partnership to lead our strategic growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives, identifying and nurturing key partnerships, and expanding our network within the rapidly evolving web3 ecosystem. As a crucial member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy, driving revenue growth, and positioning our startup as a leading player in the crypto space.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and partnership strategy, including identifying new market opportunities, potential partnerships, and areas for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and relevant industry players to foster strategic alliances and drive business growth.
- Lead the evaluation and due diligence process for potential partnerships, assessing risks, benefits, and alignment with company objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Oversee the execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and achievement of key milestones.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, metrics, and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and expand our network within the web3 crypto community.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a business development leader or in a similar role within the web3 crypto space.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and the broader web3 ecosystem.
- Strong network of contacts within the crypto industry, including established partnerships and connections with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a knack for establishing rapport with key stakeholders and industry influencers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in structuring and negotiating complex partnership agreements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
