**Brief Description & Role**

To undertake all aspects of financial management, including statutory accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation as well as development of internal control policies and procedures, including financial risk management.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing all finance and accounting operations, including review of individual companies under the Group and group consolidation workpapers and financial statements
- Coordinating and preparation of the Group budgets and financial forecasts and report variances
- Preparation and submission of all statutory and regulatory reporting on a timely basis, including quarterly/half yearly financial results reporting, tax/GST reporting, ACRA filings and Statistic reports from Singapore government agencies including Sat Boards and A*Star
- Supervise, review and monitor financial transactions and financial reporting
- Managing and comply with all reporting requirements including IRAS, ACRA, SGX and other regulatory requirements
- Assist to develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Liaison with auditors, tax and other professional advisors during statutory audits, internal audits, tax advisors and other professional valuers
- Manage cashflow situations of the Group, including building relationships with bankers and lenders and participate in any fund-raising activities
- Supervise all finance personnel
- Check payroll accuracy and prepare labor costs allocations to projects
- Additional controller duties as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a qualified CPA
- Minimum 10 years experience in the accounting field
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller with experience on SGX listing rules requirements and compliances
- Relevant audit experience with SGX listed companies may be considered
- Good accounting skills and thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

**Skills, Experiences & Knowledge**
- Strong verbal and written communications skills (English is required.)
- Understand all reporting and compliance requirements as a Head of Finance
- Good interpersonal skill
- Strong leadership skills and able to lead the finance team
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
