**About the role**:
People Operations Intern will be a part of the People Ops and Culture team. You will get to work on a wide range of HR topics and get exposure to what it is like working in a fast-paced and award-winning startup in the fintech space.

**What will you be doing?**
- Assist in the onboarding & offboarding of Aspirers, ensuring a smooth and timely process
- Support the team on employee engagement activities
- Build marketing content for culture building and engagement
- Assist in managing office facilities and outsourced vendors, and Finance liaison for invoices
- Using data to identify needle-moving initiatives that improve the employee experience
- Research projects and conduct analysis
- Bring energy and fun to space.

**We would love to get to know you if you have the following**:

- Studying in Singapore
- Full-time student majoring in Business, HR, International Relations, Sociology, Psychology or related fields seeking a matriculated internship
- Previous relevant internship experience in any HR-field is an advantage
- Deeply curious and passionate about people and culture
- Excellent organizational skills; detailed oriented; process-driven
- Great at getting things done timely & accurately plus be able to handle ambiguity by prioritizing and executing in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, consultative approach, and self-motivation
- Able to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- High sense of urgency
- Be able to commit part-time / full-time for at least 3-6 months
