Responsible in creating employee profiles in SuccessFactors as part of onboarding
- Handle various aspect of tasks in the employee lifecycle in accordance with government and legal legislation, regulations and company policies
- Issue lifecycle letters such as Letters of Appointment, Addendums, Promotion Letters, Internal Appointments, Contract Renewal, Re-employment, Assignment Letters etc
- Work with various departments to improve and automate processes for better employee experience
- Automate and improve existing processes in the department
- Troubleshoot incidents with IT and RPA developers, and handle exception cases
- Prepare reports and dashboards
- Handle queries from People Partners and other departmentsHandle assigned duties that arise from the daily operations

**Skills for Success**:

- Currently pursuing Local Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or HR systems is good to have.
- **Technical Skills**:Familiarity with **SAP SuccessFactors**and other HRIS platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Legal & Compliance Knowledge**:Understanding of Singapore's employment laws, government regulations, and compliance requirements related to employee contracts, work passes, and onboarding processes.
- **Communication & Stakeholder Management**:Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments, respond to queries, and ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes.
- **Attention to Detail**:Ability to manage confidential employee data accurately and issue letters with precision.
