**Position**:
The primary objective of this role is to support the business of the different categories across Singapore & Malaysia stores network. The incumbent will also contribute to key Merchandising moments, including new launches, showroom feedback, market ad hoc analysis and in store client actions. Additionally, the intern will also assist to prepare sales analysis to amplify sales and stock opportunities.

The scope of this role will adapt to different business needs and projects throughout the year.

Main duties are:

- Assist the manager with daily reports.
- Collaborate with stores to meet sales targets.
- Provide product feedback for new launches.
- Help prepare market needs for local clients.
- Act as a link between the country/stores and regional teams.
- Support in-person events like styling sessions, trunk shows, and high-end activations.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure proper distribution
- Coordinate CRM events with stores.
- Collaborate with the VM team to align visual merchandising with sales goals and store openings.
- Support the training team to develop product knowledge in line with priorities.

Other tasks would include:

- Leverage tools like NEMO and Microsoft Excel to analyze sales data, identify trends, and create actionable plans that help improve sales performance.
- Use the POWER BI platform to monitor and track sales progress, generate weekly and monthly reports, and provide insights to the team on sales performance.
- Help prepare and deliver training sessions based on the events and activations calendar, ensuring that staff is well-prepared for upcoming events and promotions.
