MindChamps PreSchool (“MindChamps”) is the only preschool globally to nurture children with the Champion Mindset, as researched by the renowned neuroscientist Professor Emeritus Allan Snyder, Fellow of the Royal Society.

**Responsibilities**:

- Involve in the entire product development process from initial conceptualization to commercialization and production
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively executive product development goals and deliverables
- Plan and executive merchandise assortment plan that supports the financial and merchandising objectives
- Maintain complete documentation including product specification, costing and technical specifications etc
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales and resolve any product or supplier-related issues
- Responsible for order management and shipment monitoring
- Set merchandising strategies such as markdown clearance and promotions in line with the financial and commercial goals to better manage inventory and optimize sales
- Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs
- Generate monthly sales performance reports and presentations for management meeting

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a buying merchandiser/sourcing/purchasing role, preferably in children-related and preschool products
- Excellent planning, financial, interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-task
- Independent and analytical
