**Finance Director (SGX Listed Co)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee financial consolidation and reporting, leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare, and review SGX announcement and board papers
- Manage end-to-end treasury operations, including loan procurement, project financing, and debt securities to support business and funding needs.
- Develop and execute cash and liquidity management strategies to ensure sufficient funds for operational and strategic objectives.
- Conduct financial ratio analyses and propose corrective measures for any breaches.
- Support investment activities, including mergers and acquisitions, by advising on loan structures and negotiating financial terms.
- Review financial models and analyses for capital structuring, acquisitions, divestitures, and shareholder reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, financial service providers, credit rating agencies, and trustees.
- Oversee risk governance within the department, ensuring a robust risk management framework and internal controls.
- Manage outsourcing arrangements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field, with professional accounting qualifications (e.g., Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant).
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in finance, capital markets, and treasury management within **listed entities**.
- Experience in fund management, real estate, and exposure to Asia Markets including China is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of cross-border taxation, financial risk management, and hedging strategies.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and financial leadership capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
