**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Nurse Manager to join one of our clinics in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be managing the nursing functions across both our medical oncology/haematology day hospital and our radiation oncology unit. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality patient outcomes through the delivery of exceptional patient care.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contribute expert advice and share contemporary nursing knowledge and professional standards
- Ensure practice is compliant with regulatory requirements
- Work with the Senior Operations Manager to continually enhance the quality of service and patient experience; as well as effectively manage resources and optimise workflow management processes
- Manage the processes of recruiting, retaining and developing staff
- Manage nursing inventory appropriately

**Skills & Experience**:
- Licence to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Post-graduate oncology nursing qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years management experience in similar leadership role
- Experience in leading a team in a clinical environment with a positive energy
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service ethic
