**Job Summary**

As the Lead, Content Developer, the job holder is t **_o spearhead the design and development of high-quality eLearning courseware and digital learning content. _**In this leadership role, you will **_oversee the production lifecycle of digital learning experiences, ensuring alignment with instructional goals, learner needs, brand guidelines, and technical standards.

**Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities**

**Content Development**:

- **_Lead the end-to-end development of digital learning content _**including eLearning modules, videos, interactive simulations, microlearning, and blended learning solutions.
- **_Redrawing of graphic assets. _**
- **_Redesigning content layouts _**based on _provided UI/theme. _
- **_Generate voiceovers _**(using _Machine voice generator _).
- **_Support the Project Manager (PM) with accounting, consolidation and signing off of all work done. _**
- **_Work with Instructional Designer (ID) team _**to design and develop engaging interactive courseware for adult learning.
- **_Video compositing and editing. _**
- **_Perform courseware testing. _**
- Other ad-hoc duties required to facilitate development progress.

**Leadership**:

- **_Manage multiple concurrent eLearning development projects from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines and budget expectations. _**
- **_Lead a team of content developers _**as needed.
- **_Define project scope, timelines, and production workflows. _**
- **_Review and provide quality assurance _**for all deliverables.

**Job Specifications**

**EDUCATION**

Bachelor holder in either Multimedia Design, Animation, Motion Graphic, Visual Effect, Interactive Design, Video Production or related qualifications.

**EXPERIENCE**

**_Minimum 5 years of experience _**in **_designing and creating eLearning courseware or using eLearning programmes _**and **_minimum 2 years in a lead or senior role _**. **_Strong portfolio showcasing interactive eLearning and multimedia projects.

**SKILLS**
- **_Proficiency in the English language. _**
- **_Good verbal and writing skills. _**
- **_Technically competent in various development tools, _**such as _Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Microsoft Powerpoint, Video/audio editing tools, etc. _
- **_Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, HTML5, accessibility standards, and responsive design. _**
- **_Knowledge in design principles and video editing _**is **required.**
- **_Knowledge of gamification and scenario-based learning _**in education.
- **_Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. _**
- **_Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. _**
- **_Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. _**
- Proactive and able to work as a team.
