**Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and activities aimed at building company’s thought leadership and driving the achievement of company’s business objectives.
- Undertake market studies on the developments in the energy market to derive strategic implications and opportunities for business growth.
- Gather important information regarding risks and opportunities for new strategic initiatives, translating this information into fact-based and well-reasoned insights on the business impact for management’s consideration.
- Lead, track and manage strategic initiatives workstreams to ensure successful delivery to the relevant stakeholders.
- Perform post-project assessment to ensure smooth transitioning of project to line work and gather feedback on what can be done better for future projects.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports/presentations.
- Support Chief Operating Officer in other initiatives and activities under Corporate Services.

**Additional Information**:

- Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience in a strategic planning, market analysis/research, marketing, and/or project management.
- Experience in the energy/electricity sector is highly preferred.
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel to present findings, analyses and insights.
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, time critical projects simultaneously.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Meticulous, self-motivated, resourceful and with a strong sense of initiative and business acumen.
