- Singapore (West)

**R**esponsibilities**:

- Process security transfer of products such as equities, fixed income, funds, structured products, derivatives and physical precious metals from clients covering Singapore and Hong Kong Booking centres
- Handle transfer instructions from clients into the system and ensure it meets trade validation checks
- Opening of custody accounts with various custodian banks and maintenance of static data in the core banking system
- Ensure daily activities are conducted professionally and accurately while ensuring that internal guidelines and policies are followed
- Coordinates with internal departments and external sub custodians, custodians, agents & counterparties to ensure that daily work meets organizational standards
- Monitor the queries received and provide responses or holding replies within a reasonable timeframe.
- Submits request for security master creation if the instrument is not available in the system.
- Maintenance of counterparty SSI in the core banking system
- Ensures that the instructions sent to the custodians are in good order, Swift exceptions queues are cleared daily
- Ensures timely payment of Stamp Duty / Tax and Fees, if applicable for any transfers
- Participate in User-Acceptance-Testing when required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree with min. of 2 years relevant banking experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at various levels
