The Asia Operations team offers operational capabilities to client banks, allowing them to focus on executing their strategy, reduce operational costs, and manage operational risks. Commitment to quality and continuous process improvement is central to all Asia Operations activities. It is a crucial function that facilitates growth by prioritizing client needs, delivering value, and increasing satisfaction.

Within the Securities team, processing and risks related to securities & derivatives settlements, securities transfers, corporate actions (income, cash), and asset creation and maintenance are managed.

We are seeking an Associate in charge of Securities Transfers. Responsibilities include:

  • Processing and controlling securities processes.
  • Ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery to clients.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide technical expertise and solutions accurately and promptly.

Your responsibilities:

  • Understanding core systems and process workflows is essential.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of market nuances and a comprehensive understanding of the processes handled.
  • Proactively managing and resolving discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders locally and internationally.
  • Participating in projects, driving, and implementing process improvements.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following core competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Banking/Finance.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in securities settlements and/or
