**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for designing the retention programme, managing brand partners, and continuously enhancing the retention programme to drive retention and boost acquisition
- Develop and manage the retention programme and measurement strategy for various industry partnership verticals
- Constantly evaluate retention programme performance and optimise user acquisition, activation, engagement and retention
- Drive the execution of collaborative marketing campaigns, initiatives and events by working with internal and external stakeholders
- Assess retention programme effectiveness by preparing tracking reports and analysing results for user acquisition, activation, engagement and retention
- Manage users’ queries and feedback relating to retention programme
- Perform day-to-day operational, admin and system support, such as collaterals preparation and vendor liaison
- Plan and execute special Marketing projects and campaigns

**Job requirements and skills**:

- Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a similar field
- Pays attention to details and possess good time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timeline is met
- Able to work independently and in a team, on weekends and public holidays to support and ensure all marketing campaigns are rolled out
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Able to multi-task and adapt to a diverse and fast-paced environment
- Experience in Customer Retention will be advantageous
- Class 3 licence holder preferred
- General knowledge and interest in the car-sharing/automotive industry is important
